Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event we are unable to render you the desired services for no fault of our own then you shall be entitled to a refund. In cases where MCA portal is down or on maintenance there shall accordingly be a delay in rendering of services and we will process your order as soon MCA portal is back to normalcy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled considering the fact that we instantaneously make payment for these documents on the MCA portal and we do not have an option to get the a refund processed from MCA.

Refund Policy

We have a robust refund policy in place. In cases where we have accepted your order and MCA portal is down for maintenance you are entitled to apply for a refund during the interim period. As soon, as the View Public Document facility is live on MCA portal, we will not be able to process a refund as we would have initiated a payment to MCA. Current Status of View Public Document facility can be verified here.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of request. All refund request needs to be sent to with order id mentioned in the email against which refund needs to be processed. In case there is any other unforeseen event in which the consumer makes out a genuine case for a refund, the same shall be investigated and processed by our team as well within 7 days of receipt of request. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Status of request for refund will be determined within 3 days of receipt of request and if the request is accepted as a valid request, the amount will be credited back to user's account within 7 days of receipt of request


Can I get documents of private companies as well?

Yes, you can download documents of any Indian Company/LLP irrespective of whether it is private or public. There is no need for a company to be listed to get its documents.

Do you provide all the documents as available on a date?
